One loop, four stages

Sense: 3D depth turns the environment into geometry. Reason: an AI SoC or LLM turns geometry and language into decisions. Act: control and motion — navigation, avoidance, interaction — execute them. Connect: the fleet reports back, and every deployment makes the next one smarter.
